These terms of use apply to the use of Järvenpään Studiot Oy's website (hereinafter referred to as the Website or Pages). Use of the Website requires that the user has read the terms of use and committed to comply with them. Järvenpään Studiot Oy reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

The user agrees to an agreement with Järvenpään Studiot Oy, according to which Finnish law will apply to resolve all disputes arising from this website.

This Website uses cookies to store information on the local computer. Their sole purpose is to facilitate use.

The information required for registration is collected solely for login and statistical purposes. Järvenpään Studiot Oy does not disclose any personal data to third parties.

The Pages of this online service are provided as they are. Järvenpään Studiot Oy does not guarantee that the Pages can be used without interruption or error. Järvenpään Studiot Oy does not give any guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or content of the Pages or the suitability of the content for any particular purpose. Järvenpään Studiot Oy is therefore not liable for any direct or indirect damage, costs or losses caused by the provided online service or its interruption. Järvenpään Studiot Oy and other content providers reserve the right to make changes to the Pages or restrict access to them at any time.

The Pages contain material protected by copyright, trademark law and other rights. The online service itself is protected by copyright in accordance with the Copyright Act in force in Finland. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved. The user is not entitled to store, copy, distribute, publicly display or otherwise commercially exploit the Pages or their parts in any form without the prior written consent of Järvenpään Studiot Oy or another right holder. The user however has the right to view and read the Pages and print the Pages or parts of the Pages for his/her own personal use.

Terms of delivery

General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Järvenpään Studiot Oy, business ID 0648087-7.

We sell digital series tickets (for personal use or as gifts), digital gift cards and screening tickets to adults in Finland. Ticket prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

Ordering

The customer agrees to the delivery terms in force with each order.

Delivery method

Tickets purchased from the online store will be delivered to the customer's email as mobile tickets immediately after payment. Mobile tickets are not processed/printed at the cash register, but you can go directly to the door of the hall with them; show the mobile ticket on the phone screen to scan the ticket.

Tickets purchased from the online store are also saved on the website in the user's own profile, where they can be opened, downloaded or printed within the validity period of the purchased product.

If you have made a ticket reservation only, the reserved tickets must be redeemed at the box office no later than 30 minutes before the start of the screening.

All screening tickets will be checked before entering the cinema. The ticket to be checked can be a screening ticket printed at the box office, a QR code ticket printed from the email confirmation, or a browser-based live ticket checked on the mobile phone screen.

Exchange and refund conditions

If there has been an error in selecting a screening and tickets have been purchased for the wrong screening, the tickets can be exchanged for new ones free of charge before the start of the screening at the theater box office or through our customer service. Tickets cannot be exchanged afterwards, and unused tickets will not be refunded.

Note. If the purchase was made with a multiple ticket, corporate ticket or refund ticket that is no longer valid at the time of ticket exchange, the screening ticket cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

We do not refund unused screening tickets.

The right to cancel or return tickets does not apply to special Event Cinema events, such as concert films or similar.

Multiple tickets and gift cards purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation. The purchase can only be cancelled if all tickets in the multiple ticket package are unused and the gift card has the full original value. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

Gift cards and multiple tickets

Multiple tickets can be redeemed for screening tickets in the online store or at the box office. An expiring serial ticket can also be used to pay for screenings after the expiration date, as long as the tickets are redeemed before the expiration date. Expired serial tickets cannot be exchanged or redeemed, and their validity period cannot be extended.

Serial tickets are not valid for Event Cinema screenings, unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards can be redeemed for screening tickets in the online store or at the box office. An expiring gift card can also be used to pay for screenings after the expiration date, as long as the tickets are redeemed before the expiration date. Expired gift cards cannot be exchanged for new ones, their validity period cannot be extended, and the gift card cannot be used to pay for a new gift card.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen card. If a ticket purchased with a gift card is canceled, the value of the purchase will be refunded back to the gift card. However, the refund does not extend the original validity period of the gift card.

Customer communication

We may send you communications regarding your purchase, reservation or movie visit. Such communications may, for example, relate to changes regarding the screening for which you have purchased tickets. Järvenpään Studiot Oy's right to process your personal data in these situations is based on legitimate interest.

Other

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before ordering.

Järvenpään Studiot Oy treats all customer data completely confidentially.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
